How it Works

Pricing planner

Hello Ibom offers a full-service trip planning and booking service for a flat fee of $150.

This fee does NOT cover the cost of your trip (such as flights, hotel fees, and activities).
It only includes the cost of using Hello Ibom's services and working with our expert trip designers and planners.

However, you'll receive great perks, including better deals on reservations that you might pay more for if booking directly, as well as expert support on the ground before and after your arrival.

Payment Plan

To reserve our trip design and booking service, you will need to pay a deposit of $60 (which is 40% of the service fee) at the second stage to receive your custom itinerary.

The remaining 60% balance is payable at the third stage, when we proceed with processing all your bookings and finalizing your trip plans.

Your full-service Hello Ibom trip will include:

Ground Transportation arrangement

Once you've chosen your itinerary, your designer will finalize the personalized trip. To secure your plans, you need to make the necessary reservations.

What to Expect:

You’ll need to secure your trip by paying a deposit or the full payment, depending on each establishment's policies.
You will also be required to pay the final service fee of $100 at this stage to lock in your bookings.
- This final payment allows your on-the-ground hero (a.k.a. Designer) to do all the heavy lifting to ensure your trip is perfect, from checking out your booked room(s) to securing reservations at the best spots and events.
- This fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to your next trip if your current trip is cancelled.

1. Why is our service fee non-refundable?

Our service fee is non-refundable because our on-the-ground designers and planners invest significant time and resources into crafting your itinerary. This includes moving between locations to make reservations, securing special arrangements, and handling various details on your behalf. The fee compensates for the personalized effort and expertise involved in ensuring your trip is perfectly tailored to your needs.

2. Are international flights included, and why?

No, international flights are not included. We prefer to focus on what we excel at: curating exceptional local experiences and creating personalized itineraries. By specializing in the local aspects of your trip, we ensure that every detail of your experience in Akwa Ibom is expertly tailored and unforgettable.

3. How will I pay for the reservations? Am I required to send the money to the trip designer to make the payment on my behalf?

No, you are not required to send money to the trip designer. We prefer not to handle large sums of money. Instead, we will arrange a convenient and secure payment system directly with the establishments. You will handle payments for reservations independently, with our support to ensure a smooth process.

4. How am I sure I will get what I paid for after paying the full-service fee?

We guarantee that you will receive the full value of your service fee. Our experienced Trip Designers are committed to crafting and executing a tailored itinerary that aligns with your preferences. We maintain transparency and provide consistent updates to ensure your trip meets the highest standards.

5. What happens if I cancel my trip or am unable to make it?

If you need to cancel your trip, please inform us as soon as possible. The non-refundable service fee covers the planning and arrangement work already completed. While we can't refund the service fee, we will assist you with rescheduling or making alternative arrangements as needed, depending on the policies of the service providers involved.
